Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Assisting Senior Officers: Providing secretarial support to senior officials and tribunal members, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling official correspondence.
Stenography and Typing: Taking dictation in shorthand, transcribing it accurately, and preparing typed documents. This requires excellent shorthand and typing skills, as well as attention to detail.
Record Management: Organizing, filing, and maintaining records, files, and documents in an orderly manner. Ensuring that all case files and related documents are easily accessible when needed.
Communication Management: Handling incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and official letters. Maintaining a professional communication channel between departments and external entities.
Salary / Pay Scale:
Senior Private Secretary – Rs.47,600/- to 1,51,100/-, Pay Level-8
Private Secretary – Rs.44,900/- to 1,42,400/- Pay Level-7
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university is usually required.
Skill Requirements: Proficiency in stenography (shorthand) and typing skills is often essential, as these are crucial for the role of a Private Secretary & Senior Private Secretary
