- Manager (Credit Analyst): Graduate with MBA (Finance)/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS (Finance)/CA/CFA/ICWA + Minimum 3 years’ experience in Corporate/High Value Credit appraisal.
- Manager (Digital Platforms): B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computers/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Telecom OR MCA with 60% marks + 5 years’ experience in Digital Payments/FinTech/CRM/Risk. Preferable MBA/Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, NPCI, CISSP etc.).
- Deputy Manager (Digital Platforms): Same as Manager qualification with 3 years’ relevant experience.
